Heart Rate Monitors for the Youth Team

The Supporters Club have purchased several heart rate monitors at a cost of over £500 for the exclusive use of the Youth Team.

Mick Leonard, Notts County's Centre of Excellence Director said," The monitors are vital for gauging the fitness of the players as we are trying to mirror what the first team do. It is an expensive operation and we are extremely grateful to the Supporters Club for this and also the backing they have given us over the last couple of years"

The Youth Team still require more monitors and the Supporters Club is trying to raise funds to purchase a few more so that each member of the Youth Team Squad has one.

Accrington Stanley

A few weeks ago the Supporters Club appealed for donations to help fellow League Two Club Accrington Stanley fight off administration.

We are pleased to say a total of £130 was donated by Notts Supporters and this was sent to Accrington a few weeks ago. As many of you will know, Accrington raised enough money to pay the Inland Revenue and they live to fight another day.

The Supporters Club would like to thank those kind-hearted fans who dipped into their pockets to help a fellow league club.
